For orders online, customer can select "pick up in store" or delivery via Astrid Sparkler's partnering courier company. For customers who select "pick up in store", we will contact you privately to guide you on how to come to our office which is located at Centrepoint (nearest MRT station is Somerset).
Do note that all jewellery items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless within 3 days of receiving the item, there are certain defects and we will fix the item for you.
